Core Insurance Platform ? The software used to create, operate and modify insurance policies. So highly technical and very important - basically you cannot innovate in insurance without a high quality Core Insurance Platform.
You can have all the chatbots, mobile apps, AI models and fancy stuff but it is all useless if your core platform is legacy !
Our founders Jean-Baptiste (CEO) and Martin (CTO) are {Insurance + Tech} experts who have created several ventures already and have worked together in the past. Jean-Baptiste is also an expert in Lean, check his talk at Institut Lean France.

As a Junior Product Manager/Product Owner, your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery of our product initiatives. You will work closely with engineering team to manage the execution of product development projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet our quality standards.
Additionally, you will play a key role in facilitating and animating product ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across teams.
As a Junior Product Manager/Product Owner, no two days are the same but here’s what a typical day might look like: In the morning, you kick things off by leading the daily stand-up, aligning with the engineering team on priorities and resolving any blockers. You then dive into the product backlog, refining user stories to balance customer needs with business goals. In the afternoon, you review wireframes and ensure product vision is maintained. During the sprint weekly cerem you update your team with achievements and related KPIs, aligning everyone on our objectives, standards and ready to deliver. Later, you work on ticket validation, reviewing completed development user stories to ensure they meet the acceptance criteria and quality standards before release. Each day is filled with new challenges, and you’ll play a key role in driving the product forward with energy, collaboration, and a focus on delivering value.
