We are creating a next-generation OS for Insurance, designed to empower insurers & brokers to rapidly deploy innovative products, significantly reducing time-to-market and operational costs.

Think of it as the “Shopify for Insurance”, enabling a new era of agility in the insurance industry.

Insurance plays a vital role in our society, enabling people to pursue their goals without fear of the unexpected. At Korint, we’re removing the technological barriers that prevent insurers from offering the best possible products to their customers—because we believe in a world where everyone can move forward with confidence.

Remember that Insurance can be seen as a state tax (you are forced to be insured for your home, your car, etc.). We are here to eliminate inefficiencies on that tax.

We strongly believe the “computer work” has changed permanently. We are building an org where AI is not “nice‑to‑have” tool. It is becoming the default way we build, ship, and learn.

There are still many unknowns about how companies will operate under this new paradigm, but we plan on figuring it out together.

🛼 Our Product

We are building a new generation of Core Insurance Platform, designed for the rapid launch of insurance products.

Core Insurance Platform ? The software used to create, operate and modify insurance portfolios. So highly technical and very important - basically you cannot innovate in insurance without a high quality OS.

You can have all the chatbots, mobile apps, AI models and fancy stuff but it is all useless if your core platform is legacy !

🤖 AI‑first Engineering

• Default is “no manual code.” We expect engineers to use AI to plan, generate, refactor, test, and document.
• High accountability. If AI wrote it, you still own it. You must be able to explain decisions and trade‑offs in your PRs.
• Trial-and-error culture. We run experiments, learn fast, keep what works, and delete what does not.
• Clean codebase as a force multiplier. We invest in clarity, boundaries, and tests because AI leverage depends on it.
• We are still iterating to create the best internal DevX: a CLI to spin up VPS with Claude in SSH? Local git worktrees running in parallel our infra? Come figure it out with us.

🧑‍🌾 What you’ll do as a Senior Software Engineer at Korint

• Ship end-to-end features across our React front-end and NestJS back-end: design, implementation, tests, observability, and rollout.
• Own complex domains where correctness matters (business rules, pricing, billing, workflows, edge cases).
• Move fast without breaking trust: improve reliability, performance, and operability as we scale usage and complexity.
• Raise the bar on engineering practices: testing strategy, design system consistency, refactoring, and pragmatic architecture.
